The Monark High Yield Debt Fund – Series 1 is a diversified portfolio of Monark’s highly regarded subordinated secured property debt transactions, targeting an internal rate of return of 15% per annum (after fees and costs) on net called capital (being drawn funds net of capital repayments). The Fund will capitalise on Monark’s experience and proven ability to understand and manage risk to create an asymmetric outcome for investors, with the objective of providing a significant return believed to be well in excess of the risks required to achieve this.
