While Monark invests across a number of real estate asset classes, Monark continues to believe in our principal investment thesis of focusing on the residential middle property market (projects of 30-100 apartments) within 5-10 km of the CBD.
We believe this offers a superior risk-return profile due to the unabating demand from buyers and renters for the end-product in these locations.
In September 2017, Monark launched the Monark Secured Debt Co-Investment Fund bringing Monark’s funds under management to $200million.
