Monark is pleased to provide a $20m+ funding facility to assist with the refurbishment of the largest office building in the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne, which is currently occupied by the ATO.

Located on Gladstone Street in the heart of Moonee Ponds this commercial building is approximately 6 kilometers north-west of the Melbourne CBD. 

The premium interior upgrade by experienced builder FDC has commenced and is designed to enhance and rejuvenate the interior environment. It will include new amenities and services including state-of-the-art end of trip facilities that will contribute to the overall wellness of the building’s occupants. The upgrade will convert the building into an A-grade office building and plans to achieve NABERS Green star rating.

On completion of the refurbishment, the ATO will occupy the ground floor to level 3 and levels 3-6 will be available for commercial leasing. The building will house over 1200 employees.
