Positioned on a 598 square metre site on Victoria Parade, the project sits steps from Manly Beach, Manly Wharf and The Corso, offering immediate access to coastal amenity and direct ferry connectivity to the Sydney CBD. The design integrates a remnant heritage building into a contemporary residential offering, reflecting the character of its surrounds.

The developer sought a funding partner that could support the acquisition and delivery of a premium project in a tightly held coastal market. Monark provided a senior secured construction facility to fund the project. This enabled the developer to proceed with certainty of funding, aligning the capital structure with the development program and supporting the efficient transition from site acquisition through to delivery. with completion scheduled for the end of 2027.
