Monark and Resolution Property Group have partnered in a joint venture to deliver a 15-hectare infill residential community in Melbourne’s northern corridor known as Viridian. The project will comprise approximately 300 homes across a mix of residential lots and townhouses, including a 10% allocation of affordable housing, positioned within an established area close to parklands, schools, retail amenity and Melbourne Airport.

Monark’s strategic rezoning and capital investment supported the acquisition of the site and its progression through planning approval. This partnership provided funding certainty and reduced the developer’s upfront equity requirement, enabling the project to advance efficiently into delivery following the successful approval planning outcome.
